This small mini-mattress is used in bathrooms prior to giving birth.
- The inside is made from two layers of foam; a firm lower section of foam (maroon) and softer memory foam on top (beige), this provides a comfortable surface for the mother to be on
- The Mattress is big enough for Carers to also kneel on it while they comfort the person while in labour
- Two carry handles are provided to make it easy to carry around
- The cover is completely heat sealed, so the mattress can be washed with a hose or shower and then wiped clean with disinfectant and dried with a clean towel before storing
