Domiflex Deluxe Bed
Our variety of beds offer extensive comfort, support and care suitable for hospitals, aged care, disability care, home care and community care environments. Most of the beds offer the following electric functions: high/low, back elevation, knee elevation, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positions. The electric high/low function reduces the risk of falls and the need for restraints. Each bed is equipped with four locking castors to provide mobility and stability options and side rails are available for extra support and safety. We offer the smart design three-in-one endless bed which offers low care, high care and bariatric care options, this is the first ever universal bed to have all three options. The endless bed can also be positioned as a chair, or in a Trendelenburg or reverse Trendelenburg position and offers many optional extras including a self-help pole, under-bed light and back up battery. Most of the beds offer an ergonomic working height for carers.
NDIS Approved Beds
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) approved beds and furniture play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities. These specially designed products provide comfort, accessibility, and safety for those in need. NDIS approved beds come in various forms, including adjustable beds, community, and hospital-style beds. These beds are tailored to meet the unique requirements of individuals with disabilities, promoting better sleep, mobility, and overall well-being.
Similarly, NDIS approved furniture encompasses a wide range of items, such as ergonomic chairs, wheelchair-accessible tables, and assistive devices like grab rails and shower chairs. These pieces of furniture are carefully selected to enhance independence, facilitate daily activities, and ensure a barrier-free environment for individuals with disabilities.
The NDIS funding scheme recognises the importance of appropriate beds and furniture in improving the quality of life for people with disabilities. By providing access to NDIS approved products, individuals can enjoy increased comfort, functionality, and support, enabling them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
